Sara Tatham is the CEO/Owner of Real Property Management Specialist. Sara, a St. Louis native has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. Sara manages all agency activities relating to current and prospective properties and owners. Sara prides herself on her ability to learn about each of her client’s
current businesses, customers, and properties. With over 20 years of experience, she brings an overabundance of knowledge, experience, and business expertise to every project and client she is involved with. She is an entrepreneur, real estate agent and investor of real estate and is eager to help
other investors with their property management needs. When Sara is not working with clients, she is spending time with her 2 children and investing in property of her own.
Tracy Galibert
Tracy Galibert is Sara’s assistant at Real Property Management Specialist. She joined Sara in 2021 with over 20 years of administrative, sales, and marketing experience and is currently working on her real estate license. With her organization, knowledge, experience, and problem-solving, Tracy manages all activities related to tenants, maintenance coordination, and direct marketing, among other projects. When Tracy is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family on their boat at Mark Twain Lake and volunteering at her local animal shelter; she’s a dog lover!! She has 3 kids and 3 dogs.
